Why Immosmile exists
We are estate agents. But we do not believe in the classic agent model.
Selling a house you have lived in for half a lifetime is not a transaction. It is a farewell to rooms where children grew up, and to a garden that came back every spring. That is exactly where the usual agent model always bothered me: it rewards the high number that wins the mandate – not what actually reaches you in the end.
I started out around 13 years ago at a bank, three years close to the property and mortgage business. There I learned what a figure means when a family depends on it. The property market has not let go of me since: I view, compare and check the numbers, week after week. With Immosmile I guide owners through the sale, with many years of experience in the property market and, since 2022, as a certified property marketer. What I have learned along the way is in no textbook: listen first, then calculate – and only then talk about a price.
That is why every sale with us starts with an honest calculation of what you keep after mortgage, costs and taxes. That is why the benchmark is fixed independently before you sign, and our interests are contractually tied to yours. And that is why I prefer to hold the first conversation at your kitchen table.
And then there is what you can see: film and photography come from our own production – a team that has been shooting brand-level commercials for years. Your home is not listed like a used car. It is launched like the life's work it is.
